Certificate

Each one corresponds to a set package of courses worth 30 ECTS and therefore equates to a full semester workload. The English-taught programs allow students from all over the world to come to France and benefit from a multi-cultural atmosphere. Without necessarily speaking the language, students are able to live and study in the country that is undoubtedly the world’s top tourist destination.

Undergraduate level

At this level, students can choose between 4 different certificates each semester. Advanced Certificates are taught in a modular, sequential manner: students focus on one or two topics simultaneously before moving on to new disciplines. This intensive method allows for much flexibility, autonomy in learning and managing one’s assignments.

Modules are generally taught on just 4 or 5 full days in the classroom with individual and group projects and exercises to be prepared at home between sessions; final assessments are taken during the final class. Free time will depend on the specific schedule of the courses chosen and may not be as frequent or regular as many students are used to. Senior Certificates are taught on a more classical semester-long basis, with final assessments for all courses at the end of semester.

Graduate level

At this level, ESCEM allows students to take a specialized study track in a variety of different disciplines, many of which will require prior knowledge in the area of study. The specialized courses are taken with 3 additional core courses in project management, resource management and a capstone strategy course which aims to provide students with important general management skills.
