Departments
The ESCEM School of Business and Management has 5 educational departments established on the basis of an organizational logic and, in particular, the distribution of the main functions within the organization: Finance, Control, Audit ; Marketing, Sales ; Management, Systems, Strategy ; Economy, Law and Sustainable Development and Languages, Cultures and Civilizations.
Each department has specific objectives, priorities, initiatives and research interests, but each department also has the vocation of working collectively, of sharing projects with other departments. For the strength of the ESCEM School of Business and Management's teaching staff lies in its multidisciplinary nature, which helps to enhance its thinking and its ideas. This wealth of exchanges, this sharing of expertise, not only make it possible to conduct projects in a global fashion, but also to make the educational content even more relevant. For, by adopting a transversal approach to the organization's functions and problems, the teaching staff enable the students to see it in all of its dimensions.
